CrossFit and Functional Training

We have included a separate CrossFit and Functional Training area for our members who are interested in more of a functional strength and conditioning workout.  
CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. CrossFit uses safe, effective and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life.
The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
In CrossFit workouts, intensity levels are adjusted to challenge the individual and safely improve fitness. This is a combination of strength and conditioning training that involves a wide variety of body weight exercises, core work, aerobics and Olympic weight lifting.
